Meeting Rooms in Downtown Lakeland, Florida
We have three different conference rooms that may be rented for any duration (one hour minimum), seven days a week.
Included with meeting rooms, at no additional cost, are:
- Wifi access for all participants
- Large screen, 4K Samsung SmartTVs that can be accessed via HDMI cables
- Boards for dry erase markers
Food may be brought in from any desired source. Let us know if you need food vendor/caterer suggestions. Please let caterers know that no open flames (e.g., sterno for heating food) are to be used. No alcohol is permitted in the building.
The Media Room seats up to 5 people at a counter-height technology table that houses HDMI connections for up to four laptops at a time. Control which laptop’s display appears on the large screen tv by simply pressing a button on the HDMI cord.
This room is ideal for collaborative discussions. Attendees can stand or sit as they wish, without disrupting the meeting.

The Park Room seats up to 10 people at a glass-top table in a room with a beautiful view overlooking Munn Park with comfortable, boardroom-style seating. One of the room’s walls showcases 200‑year-old wood, formerly used as joists/rafters until they were pulled out to make room for the building’s elevator.
There are two glass boards on a wall for dry eraser use. And for the creative minds among us, dry erase markers can also be used on the glass tabletop!

$50/hr. plus sales tax (Non-Member Rate)
The first floor Meeting Room seats up to 48 people and can be configured in any style desired (e.g., classroom, theater, u-shape, etc.). Let us know what would work best for you.
Included with the rental of this room, at no additional cost, are two small breakout rooms, a utility kitchen, and a foyer for registration or food setup.

To tentatively reserve a room, use the form below to contact our staff. If the room is available for your desired day/time, we will send you an invoice for the room reservation. Once the invoice is paid, the room day/time is locked in for your meeting/event.
Cancellation policy – payments include a 50%, non-refundable deposit. Room reservations may be changed or cancelled up to one week prior to the booked time with no penalty. No refunds will be given for changes or cancellation with less than one week notice prior to the booked time.
